Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to offer a hassle-free return or exchange. Just notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and please provide clear photos of any issues so we can assist you promptly.

Conditions for a Smooth Return or Exchange:

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that the item be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase (receipt, order number) and, if possible, provide an unboxing video to help us process your request quickly.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-made or personalized items (such as custom designs or unique pieces) are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a defect. Items purchased during special promotions or sales are also non-returnable.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs—no need to worry! For returns due to other reasons (such as a change of mind), return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Easy Exchange Process:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and promptly inform you about the status of your exchange. If approved, we’ll ship your replacement item within 5-10 business days, ensuring you get your new piece as soon as possible.

Cancellations:

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a return or exchange. Due to production timelines, cancellations after this period may not be accepted.
